The CIRP was initiated by an order of the Hon\u2019ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, dated 07<sup>th<\/sup> August 2026.<\/p><p>Pursuant to the order and Section 17 of the IBC, the powers of the Board of Directors of the Company stand suspended.
